1. Scope; Relationship to the Service Terms

1.1 These terms. These Website Terms of Use (these “Website Terms”) govern access to and use of the public GradeBot websites, including gradebot.ai, trust.gradebot.ai, and related pages (the “Sites”), operated by Wave AI Solutions, Inc. d/b/a GradeBot (“Wave,” “GradeBot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Website Terms.

1.2 The Service is governed separately. The GradeBot service itself — the web application, APIs, subscriptions, and grading workflows — is governed by the GradeBot Terms of Use, the GradeBot Service Level Agreement, any signed agreement, and, where executed, a data protection addendum. If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and those documents with respect to the Service, those documents control. Creating an account or subscribing to the Service requires acceptance of the GradeBot Terms of Use.

2. Informational Content; No Contractual Effect

2.1 General information only. Content on the Sites — including product descriptions, feature summaries, documentation, trust and security pages, FAQs, and blog or news content — is provided for general information. It is not legal, compliance, accessibility, or professional advice, and it does not constitute a warranty, representation, or contractual commitment.

2.2 Non-contractual. As stated in the GradeBot Terms of Use and Service Level Agreement, website content is non-contractual and does not modify any agreement between Wave and a customer. Product capabilities, availability, plans, and pricing may change without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership. The Sites and their content, including text, graphics, logos, page designs, and documentation, are owned by Wave or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “GradeBot” and associated logos are trademarks of Wave AI Solutions, Inc. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Sites, including Microsoft marks, belong to their respective owners.

3.2 Limited permission. You may view, download, and print pages from the Sites for your own informational, non-commercial evaluation of GradeBot. No other license or right in the Sites or their content is granted. Documents made available for download (for example, trust documentation) may be shared internally within your institution for vendor-evaluation purposes but may not be modified or republished.

4. Acceptable Use of the Sites

Automated access to the Sites for indexing, discovery, and preview purposes — including search-engine crawling, AI assistant and answer-engine retrieval, link previews, and public archiving — is welcome, provided it is good-faith, respects robots.txt and published crawl directives, and does not impose an unreasonable load.

You may not:

• harvest content or data from the Sites, by automated means or otherwise, for bulk republication or resale, or to build a competing or confusingly similar offering;
• probe, scan, or test the Sites or related systems for vulnerabilities except as authorized under GradeBot's coordinated vulnerability disclosure policy (see Section 7);
• interfere with the operation of the Sites, impose an unreasonable load on them, or attempt to bypass access controls;
• use the Sites to transmit malware or unlawful, infringing, or deceptive material;
• misrepresent your affiliation with Wave, or use the Sites' content to create a competing or confusingly similar offering; or
• frame or mirror the Sites, or use Wave's trademarks, without prior written permission.

5. Privacy

Information collected through the Sites is handled as described in the GradeBot Privacy Policy. The Sites are intended for institutional and professional audiences and are not directed to children.

6. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Sites may link to third-party websites and services, including the Microsoft commercial marketplace and hosting or form providers used to operate the Sites. Wave does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices; links do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms.

7. Security Research

Wave operates a coordinated vulnerability disclosure program. Security researchers should follow the published policy and the security.txt file at https://trust.gradebot.ai/.well-known/security.txt, and report findings to admin@gradebot.ai. Testing of the GradeBot service or Sites outside that policy is not authorized.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sites and their content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Wave does not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Sites, and Wave's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Sites will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability relating to the GradeBot service is governed by the GradeBot Terms of Use and Service Level Agreement, not by these Website Terms.

10. Changes; Termination of Access

Wave may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Sites at any time, and may update these Website Terms by posting a revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Sites after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Wave may restrict or terminate access to the Sites for conduct that violates these Website Terms or presents security, legal, or operational risk.

11. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes arising out of them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.
