Ms. Neena Sathi is the Principal and Founder of Applied AI Institute, an industry leader in AI-driven training, consulting, and solution development. With over 35 years of experience, she has played a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and deploying AI and analytics solutions that drive business transformation. She specializes in enhancing customer experience, automating back-office operations, and ensuring compliance across industries including telecommunications, media, healthcare, public services, and financial sectors.

Neena is also a Academic Advisor and Faculty at the University of California, Irvine, where she teaches courses in AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, and Business Analytics. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles at IBM, KPMG, Accenture, and CenturyLink, leading the adoption of AI solutions from proof-of-concept to full-scale enterprise deployment. A Master Certified Integration Architect (IBM, Open Group) and PMP-certified project manager, Neena has contributed extensively to the AI field, including publishing six books on Artificial Intelligence with SpringerLinks, developing 20+ online courses, and training over 4,000 professionals globally through webinars, hackathons, and corporate training programs.
