By following these steps, you will effectively leverage GradeBot's capabilities to streamline and enhance your grading process.
1. Upon purchase , you will receive a confirmation email with your password access details. Additionally, you can request a complimentary webinar to guide you through the GradeBot grading process and necessary inputs
2. Prepare your Input Files
- Rubric File - Create a Rubric file using the provided template.
- Study Guide-(Optional) - Prepare a PDF study guide that includes the course contents for grading.
- Assignment Files - Gather all the assignment files you wish to grade (in PDF format).
3. Access GradeBot and Grade Assignment - Log in to GradeBot using your registered email and password via this link.
- Under "Set-up" option, Provide your class and Assignment details and Load Rubric file
- Start the grading process by loading the Assignment files under "Grader" option
- Download the assignment summary by selecting the "Download " option at the end of the grading process. This will provide a comprehensive summary of the assessments for all your assignments, detailing grading against each rubric criterion, in spreadsheet format
