We do store teachers’ rubrics, associated study guides and information regarding usage of our services. This data is handled with the utmost care, ensuring that it is processed and stored in compliance with all relevant privacy laws.

Upon finalizing the evaluation process, you will have the ability to download a comprehensive summary of the assessments for all your assignments, detailing grading against each rubric criterion, in spreadsheet format.

To create a Rubric file that effectively evaluates assignments, please create a Rubric file in excel format containing following columns:

Column 1: Grading Criteria: List all the criteria you will use to assess the assignments. This includes each specific aspect or requirement that will be evaluated.

Column 2: Best Performance Level Description : Provide a detailed description of what constitutes the highest level of performance for each criterion. This should clearly explain what an outstanding or excellent submission looks like.

Column 3: Score for Best Performance Level : Assign a numerical score to the best performance level for each criterion. This score reflects the highest possible marks a student can achieve for excelling in that particular aspect.

Column 4: Average Performance Level Description: Describe what constitutes an average level of performance for each criterion. This should explain what a satisfactory or acceptable submission looks like.

Column 5: Score for Average Performance Level: Assign a numerical score to the average performance level for each criterion. This score reflects the marks a student can achieve for meeting the basic requirements of that particular aspect.
